On Saturday, May 10, 2025, a hands-on kneading workshop was held at the “Food of the Future ‘Vegan Plant-Based’ Academy” hosted by NPO Vegi Project Japan at the ORA Food Service Pavilion “Banquet – UTAGE” at Expo ’70 Kansai in Osaka, Japan.
We had planned to hold two workshops for 30 people each, for a total of 60 people, but we had more participants than we could accommodate. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all those who participated in the workshops and to the NPO Vegi Project Japan for providing us with this valuable opportunity.
